Summertime

Greetings to all of my past and future students and families!

Summer is in full swing, and I hope everyone is having a great time with family and friends. So far, I have been to the beach a couple of times, spent time with my family here in Jacksonville and in Maggie Valley, NC, and have just done a lot of relaxing. My children have been with their grammy up in Maggie Valley for the past week. They will be home tomorrow and I am excited they will be back because I missed them this past week!

I have already started shopping for classroom decorations for the upcoming school year! Many thanks to the families who got together to surprise Ms. Anthes and me with the gift cards from School Aides. I had a FABULOUS time shopping yesterday!! Since our theme is "Sports" it is all about TEAMWORK! I bought a lot of football, baseball and soccer things to put up! I will start decorating in a few weeks and cannot wait to see it all complete!!

Well, I just wanted to say hi to everyone! I miss all of my students from last school year and cannot wait to meet my future ones!
